We are happy to announce the release of a new 3DAnywhere Designer kit.

The new version (1.60) includes many new features and some bug-fixes.

Following is a list of the improvements in the new 1.60 version:



* New: Animation (key-framing) and morphing support (new animation APIs and events).

* New event is sent to the javascript whenever the mouse cursor is floating over a Shape.
* New documentation and examples.

* Changes in Transform properties dialog (rotation control and center calculation).

* Change: When changing an element hierarchy in the tree selector the element preserves its location in the scene (you can use CTRL when dropping it in order to preserve the Element properties).

* New options in the HTML Generator (copy necessary files, and run HTML in browser).

* State Manager removed, Animation Manager and Static Interpolators (in Element menu) replaced it.

* New API methods: getRotAng() getSelfRotAng() getPos().

* Changes in setRotAng(), addRotAng(), setSelfRotAng() and addSelfRotAng() APIs.

* New API methods and Applet Parameters related to animation and MouseOverShape Event.

* Improvements in VRML reader.
* Change: camera controller Walk is now affected by the current Mouse Action (toolbar).

* NoUI Applet parameter now blocks keyboard and select by click actions.

* Some bug fixes, improvements, and speedups.
