为何我打开quicktime，包括pr、ae都会跳出以下四个弹出框：

quicktime effects failed to load because the versions of quicktime and quicktime effects do not match

这些话到底是什么意思？是因为我的quicktime版本不够吗？大侠们求救呀！！！
