about your questions,I got something what I know to tell you,maybe may opinion not the righr answer,but maybe could help you.
Tt really not a bit deal about the detail,it is time.the details you draw more,the time you spend much.a good draw is not decide how many details it has;The importent is what you want to show in picture,maybe say your felling,understan.
the other day,zhuzhu boss say somting about how to increase your drawing skill,and these "word" can may you draw faster.do your want to know what does he said?pay me money...ok,joying.what he said is:roportion,angle,place(maybe position).when you start draw,these 3 point are what you need to notice.and donn't forget these 3 point not along,the are togeter.
Ok,that all i what to shear with you.may english is poor,so maybe some I express wrong.

Everyone has a style. It doesn't matter how you paint, it matters whether you did it sincerely.
What you're really up to matters. More detailed stuff, or just play with free forms and colors. Either would be fine.
Or you can try both

Im back! I was having a hard time. I didnt paint for very long (since december 2010) but im finally paitning again! I also moved away from home and now i'm living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I used to live in Ontario. All this change is good for me and makes me happy. I hope I can show some happiness in my art!
